Pan Am Open International Champion!

Ventura, CA (October 9, 2011), Diane Loring, Executive Director of WISE, Women Involved in Sports Evolution and Owner of Spa by Diane Loring, Inc., wins 3 Gold Medals and one Silver Medal at the 2011 Pan Am Open, International Taekwondo Championships, October 6 – 9, in Las Vegas, Nevada!

WHO:

Diane Loring, Executive Director of WISE, Women Involved in Sports Evolution, Owner of Spa by Diane Loring, Inc. and a Black Belt, represented, Master Thu Huynh of Double Dragon Taekwondo, the Great State of California and the United States of America at the 2011 Pan Am Open International Taekwondo Championships!

(WISE, Women Involved in Sports Evolution, Spa by Diane Loring, Inc. and Master Huynh and Double Dragon Taekwondo are all headquartered at the Pierpont Racquet Club in Ventura).

WHAT:

Diane Loring, is a Black Belt and has trained with, Tae Kwon Do instructor, Master Thu Huynh, at Double Dragon Studio at the Pierpont Racquet Club for the past 11 years.

Diane won a Gold Medal in 3 categories of, board breaking, sparring and poomsae/forms pairs.

Diane also won a Silver Medal in poomsae/forms as a single competitor.

Diane was invited by phone to compete in the poomsae pairs with, Master Jeffrey Anderson out of San Jose. They met for the first time on Friday morning and only had that day to practice, intermittently, before they stepped into the ring late in the afternoon.

Winning that Gold Medal was especially sweet and speaks volumes about the level of training Diane enjoys with Master Huynh, owner of Double Dragon Taekwondo!

Age categories for the events are, board breaking and sparring, 51 years + , poomsae singles, 51 years to 60 years old and poomsae pairs was 36 years +.
